Anja Hintermeier

Anja Hintermeier's work experience includes various roles at different companies.

From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Wien Energie GmbH, starting as a Senior Expert in Personnel Development and later becoming an Assistant to the Management Board. Anja then transitioned to a role in Business Development before being promoted to the position of Head of New Business Development in 2023.

In 2020, Anja Hintermeier founded Moodista, an event design and decoration company.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked at Sberbank Europe AG as the Group Lead for Talent Management and later as an Expert in Learning & Development.

In 2013, Anja Hintermeier had an internship in Corporate Organizational Development and Talent at HOERBIGER, followed by a role as an HR Area East in Development, Communication, and People Processes from 2014 to 2015.

Anja Hintermeier has a diverse education history. In 2006 to 2013, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a degree in Science of Education and completed their Exam of State. Anja later enrolled at Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management and Innovation. In 2019, Anja Hintermeier attended two executive summer schools. Anja participated in the NYU Stern School of Business Executive MBA program, focusing on Corporate Strategy. Additionally, they completed the SDA Bocconi Summer School Executive MBA program, with a focus on Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
