Karl Schöller

Karl Schöller's work experience includes various roles in CRM implementation and management. Karl is currently serving as the Head of Commercial Applications at wienerberger, where they lead a team and drives the CXM/CRM strategy for the company. Karl'sresponsibilities include owning and managing applications such as SAP Customer Data Platform, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Analytics Cloud to improve customer conversion processes. Prior to their current role, Karl was the Head of Digital Sales Applications at wienerberger and the CRM Manager at Pipelife International. Karl has also worked at companies like Qualysoft, Microsoft Österreich GmbH, Sensix IT-Solutions GmbH, and KSC CRM-Solutions GmbH in various consulting and management positions. Additionally, Karl has served as a lecturer at Lauder Business School, Vienna. Karl started their career at update sales GmbH as the Manager of Professional Service Austria.

Karl Schöller attended HTL Hollabrunn from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Steuer- und Regeltechnik. Later, they pursued Angewandte Informatik at WIFI Fachakademie from 1997 to 2000, earning a degree as Fachwirt. In 2005 to 2006, they enrolled at IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, focusing on E-Business und Unternehmensführung.
