Brad Paulsen

As Chief Development Officer, Brad plays an instrumental role in the evolution and growth of Wight & Company. With experience in all aspects of school capital improvement programs, he has a particular focus on the PK-12 Education Market and participates in the early planning stages and community engagement for major projects.

Brad helps assure that the knowledge, solutions, successful results, and nationally recognized best practices in school design are brought to each client’s unique challenge.

As past President and in his third term serving on his local Board of Education, he brings a unique insight into the delicate balance between student learning, capital programs, fiscal responsibility, and the importance of engaging the community; and has helped districts achieve referendum success.
