Justin has over 20 years of experience in architecture. He has been the lead project architect on a wide array of building types including K-12 schools, higher education, municipal, and residential. As Design Technical Director, he works with project teams to guide them through the intricacies of technical design details, materials use, and compatibility. He also oversees Wight’s QA/QC program and spearheads a mentoring program for technical architecture. Justin’s unique technical and collaborative skillset makes him an invaluable resource for both the team and the clients, providing a framework that ensures the delivery of high-performing, long-lasting architecture.
