Rickard Berlin

Rickard Berlin is an experienced project leader and developer specializing in the construction and renovation of commercial properties, currently serving as Projektledare at Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB since June 2015. In addition, Rickard holds the position of VD at Fastighets AB ML4, overseeing the MAX IV facility in Lund, which is owned by Wihlborgs and PEAB. Rickard has a diverse background in construction project management, having worked as a production manager at Skanska Sverige AB and as section head for project management at Tyréns AB. Education includes an engineering degree in building from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and a gymnasieingenjör in Husbyggnad from Pauli Tekniska gymnasium. Active in martial arts, Rickard serves as a chief instructor at Nord Shaolin Kung Fu since 1986.
