Thomas Kohlbauer

Thomas Kohlbauer has an extensive work history starting as a First Lieutenant, Technical Officer in the Bundeswehr from 1988 to 1997. Thomas then held various roles in quality management and leadership at Brose from 1997 to 2010, including Director Quality Door Systems. Moving to Shiroki-Brose Corporation in 2004 as President until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as Vice President Customer Business Unit in Japan and Korea before becoming Managing Director UK at Brose. Thomas further progressed to MAHLE in 2015 as Vice President Division Mechatronics until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Chief Operating Officer at E.G.O. and is currently the Executive Vice President Industrial Instrumentation at WIKA Group since 2023. Their career has shown a consistent progression in senior roles across different industries.

Thomas Kohlbauer holds a Master's Degree in Fahrzeugtechnik from Bundeswehr University Munich (1990-1994), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich (1996-2001), and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Managing exponential growth from University at Albany, SUNY (1997-2001).
