The tax services include ongoing corporate tax matters, reorganisations, tax on shares and other financial instruments, share incentive plans for management / employees, exit taxation, double tax treaty considerations, withholding taxes, permanent establishments, lectures, administrative complaints, applications for advance binding rulings, etc.

Daniel previously worked as lawyer / Senior Associate at in the Asset Management and Private Equity practice of Advokatfirmaet BAHR (2016-2021) and the international tax department of EY Oslo (Ernst & Young) (2014-2016).
