Kaare Christian Tapper

Kaare Christian Tapper is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is head of the firm's Corporate Finance and Tax group. Tapper has considerable experience with mergers, acquisitions and other equity transactions, as well as financial and structural reorganization of businesses. In addition to his legal degree, Tapper holds a MSc in Management degree from HEC Paris. Tapper was in 2015 identified as one of Europe's most outstanding ‘up and coming’ lawyers by Chambers and Partners.
