Shaun Spalding

Shaun Spalding is the current Lead Counsel at Wikimedia Foundation. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Head of Production at Knowledge Base, an education company that produces online courses on video game development, game design, and game business as well as select general-interest software development courses. Shaun was also In-House Counsel at Tobuscus Game Studios where they were responsible for overseeing employment, intellectual property, and partnership deals related to development & launch of multi-platform game titles.

Shaun Spalding has a J.D. from California Western School of Law and a BA in Film and Media Studies from the University of Florida.
