Tatiana C. Tompkins, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Global Lead, Human Resources Business Partner for People Experience at Wikimedia Foundation since September 2022, providing HR guidance globally to support organizational goals. Prior to this role, Tompkins was the Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at the National Democratic Institute, and has held various HR positions at MCI USA, the Association of Corporate Counsel, The ONE Campaign, CLIA, ACDI/VOCA, ING, and Favorite Healthcare Staffing, showcasing comprehensive experience in human resources leadership, recruitment, and organizational management across multiple international contexts. Tompkins holds a BA in Psychology & Complex Organizations from Mount Holyoke College and certifications in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and George Mason University.
