George Martell is proud to be called “an ultimate car guy”. To describe his expansive skillsets as “invaluable” would be an understatement of epic proportions. Prior to joining Wikimotive, George cultivated five decades of intimate, hands-on experience involving every facet of the automotive retail space. Starting as a young Parts Manager, George rose to a high level of Executive Management for multiple franchises in several markets as well as a consulting focus on acquisition and liquidation of dealerships and franchises. Needless to say, it’s fair to say that George has “seen it all”.
George has shot and voiced many effective radio and television commercials, but today’s marketing landscape has changed. He’ll be the first to tell you that SEO and Digital Marketing is “where it’s at” within the automotive industry, that the consumer is changing and marketing initiatives need to change with it. To quote the man himself, old school marketing methods are just that…“Old School”.
George is proud to join and share his retail experience and insights with the marketing professionals at Wikimotive, one of the fastest growing digital marketing companies in the automotive space. His impressive resume may be nearly twice the median age of our team, but his invigorating presence and boundless enthusiasm have made him a fast favorite. When not immersed in all things ‘Wiki’, he loves to cheer on his 6-Time Champion New England Patriots. But above all, George enjoys his life alongside his wife of 51 years, Donna, as well as any opportunity to make memories with his daughter Viviana, son Tim, granddaughters and his dog Maggie.
