Susan Nelson

Susan Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Susan started their career in 1987 as an International Marketing & Events Manager at CareerTrack International, where they managed marketing activities and launched the company into international markets. Susan then served as the Account Director at AGA Catalog Marketing & Design, overseeing the London branch and acting as an intermediary between the UK and US markets. Susan later worked at The Marketing Organisation as an Account Director, where they specialized in running travel and incentive programs for the LandRover account.

In 1999, Susan joined Telecom Express as the Head of Client Services, where they established the Account Management division and grew revenue significantly. Susan then worked at The Alpha Healthcare Consultancy Ltd as a Director, overseeing an independent healthcare brokerage and reducing client loss.

Currently, Susan is employed at Wiland, where they have held various positions since 2006. Susan started as the Director of Client Services, managing and developing client portfolios. Susan then transitioned to Director of Product Management, responsible for managing the Salesforce instance and improving core configurations. Susan's most recent role at Wiland is as the Vice President of Product Management, where they continue to utilize their expertise in managing product strategies and teams.

Susan Nelson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Art at the University of Wyoming in 1985. Prior to that, they attended Fairview High School from 1979 to 1981.
