Sherri Sides

Sherri Sides is Chief Human Resources Officer for Wilbur-Ellis, a role she assumed in September, 2022.

Sherri is responsible for shaping and implementing global HR strategies, policies and programs. She leads all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Before joining Wilbur-Ellis, Sherri was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for TEAM, Inc., a provider of industrial services and equipment. Sherri also has held HR leadership roles in the industrial gas, technology and healthcare sectors, including at Air Liquide USA, Dell Inc., Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and Applied Materials.

Sherri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Texas, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Services from St. Edward’s University. She was recognized in “The 2018 Power 50” awards by Texas Diversity Magazine, which honors women who are “shaping the future of their industry with their insight and leadership.”

Sherri lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband, David, and daughter Maddie.
