Valerie Totire

Valerie Totire is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in product development, illustration, and animation. Since September 2008, Valerie has served as a Senior Product Developer at Wild Republic, overseeing the concept, design, and development of various projects including plush toys and graphic designs, while also traveling internationally to collaborate with production facilities. Valerie has operated a freelance enterprise, Alleycat Studio, since June 1998, specializing in illustration projects such as children's books and wine labels. Previous roles include Assistant Animator at Knock Knock Cartoons, freelance character and concept designer for Those Characters From Cleveland, and Writer/Illustrator for American Greetings, where Valerie created humorous greeting cards. Valerie's career began as an artist at Custom Card, where caricature and illustration skills were honed. Valerie holds a degree from Kent State University, completed between 1981 and 1987.
