David Brecht

David Brecht has worked in the engineering field since 2002. David began their career at Quantum Corporation as an Electric Engineer. David then moved to Certance in the same role before joining Seagate as an Electric Engineer. In 2006, they began working at Masimo Corporation as an Electric Engineer and MillenWorks as an Electric Engineer, where they designed and implemented ECU, TCU, BMS, and uBMS systems for armored prototype EV, and wrote firmware for control modules using J1939 CANbus standards. In 2008, they joined Wildcat Discovery Technologies as Director Of Engineering and Principal Engineer. Finally, in 2013, they became Co-Owner of JetComfy.

David Brecht received a Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering from South Dakota Mines in 2002, followed by an MBA from California State University-Long Beach College of Business in 2010.
