Adam Williams is an experienced professional in outdoor education and wilderness programs, currently serving as a Patrol Leader at NOLS and as a Founding Faculty Member & Outdoor Programs Director at the Ecology Learning Center. Since September 2017, Adam has been an instructor for wilderness medical courses at Wilderness Medical Associates International. Previous roles include managing the Outdoor Adventure Center at Unity College and leading wilderness expeditions for the State of Connecticut Wilderness School. Adam's background also includes wilderness therapy guidance at Summit Achievement and international program coordination with Global Routes. Adam is the founder of FoodCycle, an initiative aimed at improving public school nutrition. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies & Planning from Sonoma State University.
