Bill Lammers

Bill Lammers is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors. As the Founder of Wildfire Leadership since September 2019, Bill has focused on providing guidance and resources. Simultaneously, Bill serves as the CEO of The Defiance Dream Center since March 2017, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding low-income and at-risk youth and families in achieving self-sufficiency. Bill also contributes to the Maxwell Football Club as the Director of Leadership Programs and a Governing Board Member, playing a key role in promoting college football recognition through the Maxwell Award. Previously, Bill managed operations as the Plants Manager for the Ohio Division of Defiance Metal Products and served as Plant Manager at Alex Products. Bill holds an MBA in Business, Management, and Engineering from Defiance College, completed in 2009.
