Isabelle Rodriguez has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Isabelle began their career as a Kendra Chiota Payne Sports Leadership Intern at UC Santa Barbara, where they worked from December 2016 to August 2018. Following this, they interned as a Communications Intern at The Green Business Program of Santa Barbara County from October 2018 to January 2019. Isabelle then joined AppFolio, Inc. as a Data Quality Sales Marketing Intern from February 2019 to June 2019.

In 2019, Isabelle joined Honey as a Merchant Operations Specialist, where they worked from June 2019 to January 2020. Isabelle then transitioned into the role of Operations Outsourcing Associate from January 2020 to January 2021, before being promoted to Merchant Operations Lead, a position they held from January 2021 to March 2022.

Isabelle's next career move was to Kudos, where they served as the Head of Merchant & Card Data Operations from March 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Merchant Operations Manager at Wildfire Systems, Inc, a position they started in May 2023. Throughout their career, Isabelle has gained valuable experience in operations management, data quality, marketing, and communications, showcasing their adaptability and expertise in various roles.

Isabelle Rodriguez holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a Minor in Professional Writing for Business from UC Santa Barbara. Isabelle also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Feasibility & Commercialization, which they obtained from both USC Marshall School of Business and the University of Southern California.
