Daniela Vasan

Daniela Vasan is an experienced educator and leader in the field of education, currently serving as a Partner of the Wildflower Foundation since September 2019, supporting the establishment of micro-Montessori schools. Daniela holds the position of Nexus Fellow at The Equity Lab and serves as an Investing Partner and Board Member for Social Venture Partners Minnesota, focusing on empowering nonprofits addressing equity and achievement gaps. Previously, Daniela was the Founding Elementary School Principal at Hiawatha Academies, where efforts centered on college readiness and community engagement. Daniela's career includes roles at Charter School Partners, Atlanta Public Schools, and as a Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies and Spanish Literature and Culture from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Education in Mathematics from Georgia State University.
