Maia Blankenship

Maia Blankenship is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Co-CEO of Black Wildflowers Fund and Partner at Wildflower Schools. With a commitment to enhancing educational opportunities, Maia has held various influential positions including Vice President of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Achievement Network, where the focus was on improving educational outcomes for low-income students. Prior roles include President of Talent Share Strategies LLC, Director of Human Capital Strategies at The School Turnaround Group, and Director of Staffing and Recruitment Services at the District of Columbia Public Schools. A graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Master of Business Administration, Maia has a strong foundation in both education and business strategy.
