Kyle Kurz

Kyle Kurz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kyle started their career in 2008 as a Middleware Developer and QA Engineer at Ohio Supercomputer Center, where they worked on the implementation of WordSeeker codebase in a high-performance environment. Kyle also served as a Software Developer at The Ohio State University in 2009, contributing to the Arabidopsis thaliana research lab.

In 2010, Kurz joined Digium as an Associate Director of Software Engineering - Mobile Clients. Kyle played a key role in new client development and integration in the Switchvox group and was a core engineer for Digium Phones. Additionally, they served as the engineering manager for the Digium Softphones project. Simultaneously, they held the position of Director of Mobile Unified Communication at Sangoma.

In 2015, Kurz founded Double-K Audio, where they worked until 2021. As the founder, they led the company's operations in the audio industry.

Kyle'smost recent position is at Wildfire Systems, Inc, where Kurz currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering. Prior to this role, they were a DevOps Engineer at the company.

Kyle Kurz attended Ohio University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in the Computer Engineering Track. Kyle later pursued further education at Ohio University from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
