Jessica Twiss

Jessica Twiss has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Core Services Manager at WildPlay Element Parks since May 2015, where multiple managerial roles have included Experience Manager and Guest Experience Manager. Prior experience includes positions at JYSK as a Signage Specialist, and at Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. as a Confined Space Standby Person. In academia, Jessica served as a Professor of English at Universidad de Otavalo and held a Research Assistant role at Vancouver Island University. The educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Vancouver Island University, completed between 2009 and 2014.
