Beth Morris has a diverse work experience in the field of art education. Beth started their career as a Middle School Art Teacher and Art Club Advisor at Mabry Middle School in Cobb County from 2000 to 2002. Beth then worked as an Art Instructor at Cobb County Parks and Recreation from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they became the Fine Arts Academy Director at McEachern Methodist Church, a position they held until 2009. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as an Art Instructor at Kennesaw State University Continuing Education. In 2005, they also started working as an Art Instructor at McEachern Memorial UMC, where they continued until 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Online Class Instructor at Kennesaw State University from 2005 onwards and received the Online Instructor of the Year award in 2008. Beth then became an Art Teacher at New Salem Weekday Education from 2010. Beth also served as a Grant Liaison for the Schoolwide Arts Integration grant from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, in 2016, they became a Sales Representative at Wildtree Herbs, Inc. In 2018, they joined Paulding County Schools as an Art Teacher, their current position.

Beth Morris has a diverse education history. Beth first attended Miami University from 1989 to 1990, focusing on art education. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during their time there. Beth then went on to Marietta College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Fine Arts. In 2019, Beth Morris enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and completed their Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Art Teacher Education in 2021.
