Cory Inman is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah since November 2020, while also holding the position of Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Emory University School of Medicine. Cory's research interests are centered on the cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying memory formation and retrieval, particularly in relation to autobiographical memories. With a background in education, Cory has served as an instructor in physical education and continues to work as a River Guide and Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor. An experienced professional, Cory has held various roles since 1999, including counselor for the Boy Scouts of America, and has trained servers in the hospitality industry. Cory earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Emory University, along with a Master of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology.
