Madeleine Wikstrom

Madeleine Wikstrom is currently a Graduate Student Assistant at Western Carolina University and has been a Fulltime Student in the Parks and Recreation Management program since August 2021. Previously, Madeleine served as an Adjunct Instructor at Southwestern Community College while also working as a Zipline Manager at Wildwater Ltd and an Interpretive Field Guide at Far Flung Outdoor Center. Madeleine's experience also includes a role as a Clinical Technician at Red Oak Recovery, providing direct care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Education encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Western Carolina University, an Associate's degree in Outdoor Leadership from Southwestern Community College, and additional studies in Outdoor Leadership and Experiential Education.
