As Founder and CEO of Sheeba Philip since October 2022, Sheeba focuses on supporting purpose-driven brands and social-impact ventures. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at Wildwood Ventures, Board Director for Redeemer City to City and The Lion's Den DFW, and Entrepreneur Mentor at Praxis. Notably, Sheeba served as CEO and Board Director at Akola, leading a brand that empowers women in Uganda, and held key marketing leadership positions at Spence Diamonds, JCPenney, International Justice Mission, and Mondelēz International, where Sheeba significantly impacted brand strategy and growth initiatives for major products.
