Buffy Andrews

Buffy Andrews serves as the Chief of Staff and Operations Director at OCSEA since March 2014, focusing on developing effective field staff and providing strategic guidance on membership services and grievance administration. Additionally, Buffy has been an adjunct professor at both Wiley College and Wilberforce University Alumni since 2019, teaching courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Dynamics. Previous roles include Human Resource Administrator for the Ohio Department of Veterans Services and Labor Relations Officer for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, where Buffy handled various responsibilities, including compliance with civil service regulations and contract interpretation. Buffy holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Franklin University and has completed a Senior Executive Leadership program at Harvard University, complemented by a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University.
