Lisa Rechden

Lisa Rechden is a Government Contracts Associate at Wiley Rein LLP since June 2022 and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Government Contracts at American University Washington College of Law starting August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at Crumbs & Whiskers, where Lisa focused on employment law and corporate structuring, and extensive service in the United States Air Force as Chief of Civil Law and Operations Law. In the Air Force, Lisa led legal teams regarding procurement matters, internal investigations, and ethics, while also advising on government contracts and compliance. Lisa's legal journey includes internships with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Communications Commission, and other organizations during law school, alongside significant educational achievements with an LL.M. in National Security and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University.
