Sara Arff

Sara Arff has extensive experience in operations and event management, currently serving as Director of Operations at Wiley Rein LLP since July 2009, with previous roles including Associate Director of Operations and Senior Manager of Conference Services and Events. Prior to this, Sara held various positions in sales and management at The Ritz-Carlton, Georgetown, Washington, DC, from December 2004 to July 2009, including Senior Group Sales Manager and Business Travel Sales Manager. Earlier in 2004, Sara worked in reservations at The Hay Adams Hotel. Sara Arff enhanced leadership skills through a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online in late 2023 and holds a degree from the University of Bremen earned between 1999 and 2004.
