Spencer Mitchell

Spencer Mitchell has an extensive work experience spanning over many years. Spencer began their career at HHS - Hospital Housekeeping Systems, where they worked as a Financial Analyst and Senior Accountant from 2004 to 2006. Spencer then joined Republic Property Group as a Financial Analyst from 2006 to 2009. After that, they worked at Neiman Marcus, starting as a Sr. Financial Analyst from 2009 to 2012, then as a Finance Manager from 2012 to 2013, and ultimately as a Director of Finance from 2013 to 2017.

In 2017, Mitchell joined Palomar Beverage Company as the Vice President of Finance & Operations, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and scalability. Spencer was responsible for creating all standard operating procedures for finance, accounting, and operations, as well as implementing a new ERP system across multiple subsidiaries. In 2020, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance & Operations at Palomar Beverage Company, overseeing a team of direct and indirect reports and providing strategic leadership in finance, operations, and more.

Mitchell then moved on to Original One Parts, where they worked as the Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they handled private equity investments and managed the manufacturing and distribution of auto parts. Spencer was responsible for budget creation and control, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, systems conversions, and performance management.

Currently, Mitchell holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Wiley X, starting from 2023.

Spencer Mitchell attended West Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2000, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time. From 2001 to 2004, they studied at Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in both Finance and Economics.
