Daniele Grassi

Daniele Grassi is a senior executive and strategy expert with experience across the technology, media, sports and education industries.

Daniele began his career at McKinsey & Company. He led a team of business analysts to focus on clients’ strategy and operations, helping companies across multiple industries overcome complex problems.

Daniele then joined Univision Communications as ‘Head of Strategy’. Reporting directly to the CEO, he transformed the company from traditional broadcasting to digital & streaming.

Turning his eye to the world of education, Daniele joined Wiley Edge as COO. In this role, he’s connecting education to careers through the innovative ‘Hire Train Deploy’ model. By training emerging talent in role-specific skills, before deploying them on site with global organizations, Wiley Edge is helping to bridge the skills gap through greater access to skilled talent.

Daniele has an MBA from NYU Stern Scholl of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
