Sean Huffman has extensive experience in technical support management, currently serving as the Manager of Product Technical Support at John Wiley and Sons since May 2007, overseeing a team of 11 agents. Previous roles at Wiley include Assistant Manager and Tier 1 Technical Support. Prior to this, Sean worked at Teleperformance from April 2004 to May 2007, where responsibilities included supervising the Tier 3 support group for the Verizon ISP project, as well as holding positions in Tier 2 supervision and QA. Sean began a career in technical support at Sarcom from August 1997 to February 2003, focusing on server support and management of over 200 servers. Sean is currently pursuing education at Ivy Tech Community College since 2012.
