Joseph Angell Pe, F.same (Joe)

Joseph (Joe) Angell PE F.SAME has extensive experience in federal program management, currently serving as the Federal Program Manager at Wiley|Wilson since November 2019 and as a Partner at Triangle Facilities Engineers since January 2012. Joe has held key positions in various organizations, including Senior Project Manager at Apogee Consulting Group, P.A., and VP and Regional Manager at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor, where leadership in site/civil engineering and subsurface utility engineering was paramount. Previous roles include Program Manager for federal infrastructure at Arcadis US, DOD Program Manager at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., and Director of Federal Activities at KCI Technologies, Inc. Joe's career began with the US Navy, where a solid foundation in engineering was established.
