Ebenezer Lancerio

Ebenezer Lancerio currently serves as Principal at Wilkes County Schools since July 2023, following a tenure as Dean of Students at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior to these roles, Lancerio was the Leroy "Pop" Miller Fellowship Program Coordinator with Teach For America North Carolina from August 2020 to August 2021 and a Spanish Teacher and Head Boys Distance Running Coach at Myers Park High School from June 2014 to July 2020, where notable achievements included coaching teams to regional championships and earning multiple coach of the year honors. Lancerio also taught Spanish at Rocky River High School and served as a Corps Member with Teach For America North Carolina. Earlier experience includes coaching track and field and assisting in girls' soccer at Manual Academy in Peoria Public Schools from January 2010 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in School Administration and Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from Bradley University.
