Katy Rivera has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the marketing and advertising industry. Katy started their career as a Media Planner at The Bravo Group, specializing in multicultural communications. Katy then joined Mindshare as a Planning Supervisor and later Advanced Media Director, where they gained expertise in strategic media planning.

In 2006, Katy joined WPP, Kinetic Worldwide as a Director and Business Director in Account Services. Their responsibilities included cross-market strategic planning and activation, operations management, new business development, and client relationship building. Katy excelled in areas such as strategic media planning and buying, event planning, and team leadership.

Following their role at WPP, Katy moved to Aegis Media, Posterscope as a VP and Director of Client Management. Currently, Katy serves as the VP Director of Account Services at Wilkins Media. Katy Rivera has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Baruch College and pursued a B.A in Marketing, specializing in Marketing and Business. Most recently, Katy attended Northwestern University from 2019 to 2020, where they achieved a Master of Science degree in Communications.

Additionally, they have acquired two certifications to enhance their skillset. In January 2020, Katy obtained a Certificate in Difficult Interactions from Harvard Manage Mentor. Katy also completed a course in Personal Branding on Social Media, offered by LinkedIn, in May 2020.
