Josh Foshay

Josh Foshay has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Willamette Valley Company since July 2004. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Rosen Aviation from 1999 to 2001. Josh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations from NCU (2001 - 2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIME) from Oregon State University (1993 - 1998).
