Marilyn Wineman

Marilyn Wineman, PHR has over three decades of work experience in human resources and administration. Marilyn currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Human Resources Administration at Willdan, a company offering a wide range of services in various disciplines. Prior to this, Marilyn served as the Senior Vice President of People Services at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. and Chief People Officer at Cerca Trova Restaurant Concepts. Marilyn also held leadership positions at Porto's Bakery and Cafe, Elephant Bar Restaurant, California Pizza Kitchen, Main Street Restaurant Group Inc, and REGI. Throughout their career, Marilyn has built and managed HR teams, led recruitment and retention efforts, developed training materials, and overseen various HR functions.

Marilyn Wineman, PHR, pursued their education from 1979 to 1982 at the California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In December 1997, Marilyn Wineman acquired the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
