William Tran

William Tran is a seasoned energy project management professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency programs. Currently serving as a Sr. Energy Project Manager at Willdan since January 2021, Tran leads the implementation of the Willdan Industrial Energy Efficiency Incentive Program, a $155M initiative in partnership with Southern California Edison aimed at achieving significant energy savings. Prior to this role, Tran was a Senior Project Engineering Manager at TRC Companies, Inc., following its acquisition of Lockheed Martin's Distributed Energy Solutions Group, where responsibilities mirrored those held during Tran's tenure at Lockheed Martin, overseeing various energy efficiency contracts. Tran began the career at BAE Systems as a System Engineer and later advanced to a Technical Support Project Engineer at Teledyne Controls, developing a comprehensive skill set in project management, energy audits, and technical support within the energy sector.
