Zhen Han

Zhen Han has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and project management. Starting in 1993 at Wartsila Corporation, they worked as a Project Finance Manager, gaining experience in engineering, sales, and project development for power generation projects in various regions. Zhen then joined the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in 2003 as a Director of Structured Finance, where they remained until 2012. Zhen Han then took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at UPC Renewables China Ltd from 2012 to 2014. After that, they served as the Managing Director at GFS Global LLC from 2014 to 2017. Zhen Han then transitioned to Vasari Energy, Inc. as the Executive Vice President of Finance & Strategy in 2017. In 2018, they joined 1st Light Energy Inc as the Chief Financial Officer, and most recently, in 2021, they became the Senior Vice President of Project Finance at Willdan.

Zhen Han has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
