Charlotte Deng

Charlotte Deng has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlotte is currently working as a Business Improvement Project Manager at William Adams Pty Ltd, where they manage multiple complex programs, optimizes manual processes, and enhances efficiency and productivity through automated workflows. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at Walmart, starting as a Specialist and progressing to roles such as Senior Operation Manager, Manager of Supplier Administration, Supervisor, and Senior Specialist. During their tenure at Walmart, they contributed to the successful implementation of the Global Supplier Management system, developed supplier development programs, and standardized processes to improve onboarding and productivity. Charlotte also has experience as a Service Consultant at ANZ, where they provided exceptional customer service and identified sales opportunities, and as an Operation Specialist at Soul, where they handled customer inquiries and coordinated with service providers to resolve disruptions.

Charlotte Deng attended the University of Melbourne from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. Following this, they enrolled at UNSW in 2004 and completed a Master's Degree in Fund Management in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Charlotte Deng obtained a certification from Lean Change in February 2023.
