Amber Kennelly has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Amber has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at William Blair. Prior to this, they held the same position at HUB International. Before joining HUB International, they worked at Allstate as the Vice President of Compensation & Benefits. Amber also held leadership positions at Esurance and Allstate Insurance Company, where they were responsible for executive compensation, sales compensation, and broad-based compensation programs. Additionally, they have worked as a Principal at Slayton Search Partners and as a Senior Consultant at AT Kearney Executive Search earlier in their career.
Amber Kennelly has a strong education background, with an MBA in Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Amber has obtained certifications in the financial industry, including the Series 24 and Series 7 from FINRA, which they secured in the year 2023.
