Cameron Kasmar

Cameron Kasmar is a Senior Associate in Client Services and Trade Operations at William Blair, with experience in supporting trading desks and providing proxy voting research and execution. Prior to this, Cameron served as a Senior Proxy and Pricing Analyst, focusing on proxy voting operations and research for the Investment Management team. Cameron has also held the position of Senior Research Analyst at TMAC Student Managed Portfolio, leading equity research efforts and achieving a notable 3rd place finish in the CFA Society Chicago Research Challenge. Earlier career experience includes a Valuation Analyst Internship at FV & FMV Valuation, Inc., and an internship with the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative. Cameron's background includes service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, with combat deployments and mentorship roles in Afghanistan. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
