Julie Neel Weile

Julie Neel Weile is a seasoned professional in the fields of audiology and product management, currently serving as the Director Leadership Project in Diagnostics at Demant since April 2023. With extensive experience in project management within the corporate functions of Demant Group Services, Julie has been actively involved in divestment and M&A projects. Prior roles include Director of Product Management & New Business Introduction at Oticon Medical, Medical Specialist in Brand Management at Coloplast, and Global Product Manager also at Oticon Medical. Julie has an academic background that includes a Master of Arts and a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Copenhagen and Western University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology. Julie has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen.
