Mathew Reis is an accomplished student and leader currently serving as the Lieutenant Governor for the YMCA Youth and Government, where responsibilities include coordinating service projects and collaborating with the Governor on legislative reviews. Mathew has achieved national recognition as a delegate for the Conference on National Affairs, ranking in the top 2% of proposals over two consecutive years. With a robust portfolio that includes leadership roles in student government and Model United Nations at William Floyd High School, Mathew is also involved with the American Youth Association as New York State Policy Director. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Leader in Boy Scouts of America, holding various roles, and attaining Life Scout status. Complementing these achievements, Mathew has participated in political outreach internships and has been awarded a grant to implement community initiatives through the YMCA. Mathew is pursuing a high school diploma while concurrently enrolled at Suffolk County Community College.
