Clare Fynney

Clare Fynney has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people leadership roles. Clare is currently the Group People Director at William Jackson Food Group. Prior to that, they served as the People Director at Jacksons. Clare also worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various positions including Head of Human Resources for Commercial Banking and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Banking, and Head of HR Operations & Change. Before joining Lloyds, they were the Head of Employee Relations & Reward at Halifax and the HR Director at Halifax Estate Agents Ltd. Clare began their career at Halifax as a Graduate Trainee and later served as an HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager. Overall, Clare Fynney has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing people strategies, managing HR operations, and leading large teams across different industries.

Clare Fynney obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Durham University Business School, which they pursued from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended The University of Huddersfield from 1999 to 2002, where they completed their studies in Human Resource Management and became a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
