Tiffany Shinneman

Tiffany Shinneman, SHRM-CP, has diverse work experience in various roles. Tiffany started their career at Cowley County Emergency Communications as a Communications Officer I, where they demonstrated strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. Tiffany then joined William Newton Hospital, initially working as an Administrative Assistant and focusing on donor paperwork, data entry, and event planning. Tiffany later transitioned to the role of Recruiting Specialist, collaborating with directors and senior leaders to identify and hire valuable candidates. Tiffany also served as an Executive Assistant/Physician Recruiter, supporting the CEO, CFO, and CNO with scheduling and administrative tasks. Tiffany currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at William Newton Hospital, where they oversee employee benefits, policies, procedures, safety measures, payroll, and more.

Tiffany Shinneman, SHRM-CP, completed their education in a chronological order. Tiffany first attended Lewisville High School from 2005 to 2009 and obtained their High School Diploma. Tiffany then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from Southwestern College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Continuing their education, they attended Fort Hays State University and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their educational background, Tiffany Shinneman also holds the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained from SHRM in July 2022.
