Melissa Sauer

Melissa Sauer has a strong background in marketing and graphic design. Melissa currently works as the Regional Marketing Director at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, where they oversee 14 offices and manages project initiatives while improving processes. Melissa is skilled in coordinating marketing calendars and media plans, as well as planning and managing training sessions. Before their current role, they worked as a Marketing Design Specialist at the same company. Prior to that, Melissa was a Graphic Designer at Central Connecticut State University, where they collaborated with the Production Director to produce marketing materials and implemented template standards. Melissa also worked as a Graphic Designer at Cheshire Academy, where they redesigned layouts and created special edition school logos and magazines. Melissa's experience also includes working as a Corporate Marketing Professional at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where they collaborated with the marketing team to produce creative concepts and marketing materials. Melissa also worked as a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer at Burt Process Equipment, Inc., where they designed various marketing materials and coordinated national trade shows. Melissa started their career by interning at the New Britain Museum of American Arts, where they gained practical experience in creating marketing posters and invitations.
