Julian van Kan

Julian van Kan serves as the Chair of Governors at Ore Village Primary Academy since January 2024 and holds the position of Treasurer and Trustee at William Robinson Gravetye Charity since August 2022, where responsibilities include financial management and governance. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Julian van Kan has been with BNP Paribas since 1996, progressing through various roles including Head of Banks & Intermediaries for the Asia Pacific Region and Global Head of Loan Syndications & Trading. Prior to BNP Paribas, Julian van Kan held significant positions at MUFG, The Fuji Bank Limited (now Mizuho), Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS), and NatWest, all contributing to a rich career in financial institutions coverage, loan syndications, and client advisory. Educationally, Julian van Kan earned an ACIB degree from City, University of London.
