Rob Cordes

Rob Cordes has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Team Leader in Additive Manufacturing at Williams International since July 2016, progressing through various engineering roles including Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Mechanical/Structural Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace and gained early experience as a Service Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and an Aviation Maintenance Intern at Dow Chemical. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Additive Manufacturing and Design from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Western Michigan University, complemented by a high school diploma focused on Engineering/Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Lake Orion Community High School.
