Audrey Fields

Audrey Fields possesses a diverse background in behavioral therapy and education, currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at William's School since August 2023. Previously, Audrey worked at Action Behavior Centers as a Behavioral Health Technician and gained valuable experience as a Child Care Specialist at The University of Texas at Austin. Audrey's teaching experience includes a role as a Kindergarten Teacher with Rhodes Scholars and Tutors, and as a Teacher Assistant at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church. Early experience in human resources includes internships at GLG and Steel Branding, where Audrey focused on recruitment and HR operations. Audrey holds a Master of Science in Special Education with an ABA Concentration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
